Ngoc Lan (born 1942), full name Phan Thi Ngoc Lan, is a Vietnamese film actress. In 1959, she was admitted to the first acting class at the Vietnam Film School, alongside Tra Giang, Lam Toi, The Anh, Kim Chi, Lich Du...
