He also appeared in numerous television series, the most famous of which is "Ghawish," starring Nabil El-Halfawy and Safaa Abu El-Saud. His most notable film is "Shame," in which he played the role of a drug dealer father. He is the father of actors Mohamed El-Araby and Wagdy El-Araby, as well as media figures Camelia El-Araby and Olfat El-Araby. He passed away on June 26, 1996.
