He worked as a director on television before he broke into cinema and television in the late seventies, where he participated in many works, including: El-Kitkat, The Magician, Bakhit & Adeela 2: Bucket & Pot, and Chaos, in addition to the series Zezenia, Where is My Heart, and The New Street. He passed away in late 2011 after suffering from illness.
