He also directed and produced several films, including Dreams of Rafael, Man Island, Obsession of D.O. and Hunger. Alencar received GayVN Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor for 8 Inches and Best Actor for Gored, and won Best Cumshot at the 2010 GayVN Awards for Wall Street.
